The TV personality, 44, appeared to be in good spirits after her recent sunny trip to South Africa, where she was promoting her latest collection for Next.
The former Hear’Say star wore a blue and orange ankle-length dress that glided over her stunning frame, as she arrived at London’s Global Studios.
She wore white high-heeled shoes to add inches to her frame and highlight her amazing fashion sense.
Mylene wore many gold necklaces to accessorize, emphasizing her slender neck, as well as white oval sunglasses to shade her eyes.

It comes after Mylene gushed about her daughter, Ava, while she performed at her “first official concert” with Martin Clunes on Monday night.
The radio presenter took to Instagram to show off her eldest daughter, who is 15, about her piano skills while performing with an orchestra.
The proud mum nabbed parts of the Talented Teens rehearsal and the Royal Academy of Music special which included actor Doc Martin, 61.
Mellen said Ava “completely wrecked” her performance and “forgot she was only 15” as the teen had her eighth-grade piano exam when she was only 12-years-old.
The presenter shares daughters Ava and Hero, 11, with ex-husband Graham Quinn — and she’s also mom to son Apollo, aged three, with fiancé Simon Motson.
