Myleene Klass has said she turns to her teenage daughters when she struggles to get by.
The former Hear’Say singer, 46, has daughters Ava, 16, and Hero, 13, with her ex-husband Graham Quinn and explained that she thinks it’s “brilliant” that her children are so informed when it comes to Mental health.
She told MailOnline: ‘When things get the best of me, I need to show my daughters why I feel that way.
‘They are very clear when it comes to mental health and it’s brilliant to see.
“I just think they know they need to show how they feel and they’re very interested in what they need to do.”

The I’m a Celebrity… South Africa winner, who is now engaged to Simon Motson and has four-year-old son Apollo with him, returned to her seat on the Loose Women panel earlier this year after more than a decade of absence.
She explained that during her time on the ITV show, so many things have happened to her that she feels like both she and the audience have grown since her first season.
He added: ‘The last time I was there, I didn’t have a son. I didn’t have a fiancé and I think with all those changes in my life (I have two teenagers now) I have different things I can turn to.
‘I also have different experiences. It’s a really interesting show because it definitely grows with you and you also grow with the viewers.
Meanwhile, Myleene has teamed up with Nutella to celebrate its 60th anniversary with The Smile Cafe, and believes the concept of families “getting back to basics” in the device-free establishment is just what is needed in the age of social networks.
She said: ‘Every generation has its hallmarks, doesn’t it? Well, just like with Nutella, it’s the idea of being able to put down all the devices, go to an interactive cafe where you can sit and play interactive games together… of all ages.
‘I think it’s really important.

Myleene has teamed up with Nutella to launch The Smile Café in honor of the chocolate spread’s 60th anniversary.
‘I can only cook a few things, and one of them is pancakes! But all I want to do is spread the word because right now there are a lot of parents who are thinking, ‘What am I going to do?! ‘
“And on top of that, it’s nice to say, like I say, come down, and the history has been incredible over 60 years.”
The Smile Café will be open from 30 May to 1 June 2024 and will be located on Greek Street, London.
Opening hours are 11am to 5pm (Thursday), 10am to 5pm (Friday) and 11am to 6pm (Saturday). There will also be limited availability for walk-ins that day..
