Myleene Klass revealed that she had to help a woman who had collapsed on a tube – one day after taking a first aid course with her children.
The presenter, 41, went on social media to share aspects of the St. John’s Ambulance training on Thursday with the five-member household Klass.
Myleene’s skills were quickly put into practice because an emergency call was made the next day to request assistance after a lady passed out in one of the carriages.

The former Hear Say singer asked her two children who rode on the tube: “Okay, what just happened?”
Myleene’s eldest daughter Ava, 12, said: “Well, a lady fainted on the train and was very hot and so they asked for medical help, so Mama went away … It’s a perfect timing that we just got a first aid course have done.’
The radio presenter assured her followers that the lady was fine.
Myleene decided to inform her children about the importance of first aid after various terrifying medical emergencies.

Ava recently scared the family by choking on seafood during his vacation and Hero accidentally swallowed a glow in the dark star as a one-year-old.
After trying out breast pumps on dolls, the model’s boyfriend, Simon Motson, laid down baby son Apollo for six months, next to the mannequins, but added that they didn’t try anything on him.
The former One Show host shared the training on Instagram and said: “Those who know me know how strong I feel about learning some basic first aid.
“I had to use it on both my daughters (terrifying), on a woman on an airplane, on a train (more on that later), on an old man on the street …
“It means that while it can be very scary to be confronted with a situation of life or death, it also means that you have a better chance of not feeling helpless and, above all, might be able to save your loved ones …
“I used my family this time because a little baby means we have to be ready to help him.” I set up some vids so you might get some tips. ”

After completing training the day before, the daughters of the stars could take action and help the woman until ambulance personnel arrived.
Myleene later praised both friends and strangers for their positive response to seeing the training session shared on Instagram.
“I have never received a response to my stories as I have received in recent hours. So many of my own friends have contacted me to sign up for courses, “she added.

(This is not a campaign or advertisement, my mother was a nurse, my BF’s father is a doctor (TB, a professor, we are in good hands!) Myleene’s post comes after spending Valentine’s Day with her partner Simon, which was a year to the day after they first announced they were expecting their first child together.
The couple have been together four years after being introduced through a mutual friend, and Myleene previously called the PR manager “the love of my life.”
She was previously married to bodyguard Graham Quinn, but he left her saddened when he left the family home on her 34th birthday in April 2012.
Myleene’s ex left her just six months after the couple’s wedding, after being together for 11 years at that time.

Apollo was both Myleene and Simon’s third child, but their first as a couple.
Myleene has daughters Ava and Hero from her marriage to ex-husband Graham, while Simon has a son and a daughter from his previous marriage, who are the same age as the girls of Myleene.
The couple have been together for four years after being introduced through a common friend, and Myleene previously called the PR director “the love of my life.”
Myleene recently spoke about “navigating through the complexity of a mixed family” and said that “love is very special.”
