The mother of “Britain’s biggest family” has scolded her husband for damaging their £40,000 caravan during their mini getaway to Scotland.
Sue Radford said she was “angry” at Noel for scratching their motorhome, which they bought in 2022, during their trip to visit family and friends near Edinburgh.
Noel said he backtracked and realized his parking was difficult, so he tried to straighten out and ended up hitting one of the taps that supplies water to the RV.
Realizing his mistake, he said: “I grabbed the back of the caravan and scratched it.” I thought, oh my God.’
The 22-year-old mother, who lives in Morecambe, Lancashire, could be heard saying in the background: “Tell them what you did.” I’m furious.

“It’s not funny, but people say women drivers are really bad, but I don’t believe that.”
Showing the damage to the side of the caravan, Noel admitted some of the scratches were deep.
The father then joked that he made a “new friend” after a woman in the plot next door saw him damage the caravan and never told Sue.
But there was another time when Noel almost crashed while driving the large vehicle. He said: ‘I moved as far to the left as I could and this traffic van was going in the opposite direction.
“(We) didn’t really move, so we hit the rearview mirrors and the indicator part broke, so I need to fix that too.”
Noel said the recent damage was “not serious” and added that it would probably go away, but Sue insisted she would fix it.
—You’ll figure it out. You will solve it. I think I should drive this now. How did you do that?
‘I’m going to schedule you for a proper eye exam. I’m telling you now, I don’t understand how you did it.
Noel also joked that his wife would have to buy some driving lessons in addition to the eye test.
