Sophie Hinchcliffe has admitted she “just loves her dad” eight months after his sudden death.
The social media star, 34, best known to her millions of Instagram followers as clean freak Mrs Hinch, lost her father Alan in April and took to Instagram on Friday to reflect.
In a candid Story post, the influencer, who is expecting her third child, shared a collection of worries that tend to make her “anxious” before going to bed each night.
One of them noted that his health anxiety is the “worst” he has ever had and that he needed to make an appointment to get an injection.
But the most heartbreaking confession was that she is struggling with grief and admitted that she just wanted her father to come back to her.

And he added: “I need 2024 to end, but I don’t want 2024 to end either.”

Sophie is married to Jamie Hinchliffe and the couple has four-year-old Ronnie and three-year-old Lennie with him.
The couple is currently expecting their third baby and among her other concerns was that she needed to find time to buy more newborn outfits.
And he added: ‘When should I pack my bag for the hospital?
‘Do I still have my hospital bag?’
Other revelations from Sophie included that she “hates” that her dog is getting older and that she needs to prepare for her grandmother’s upcoming birthday.
The viral sensation, who has appeared on This Morning and Loose Women since finding fame and is also known for her close friendship with Stacey Solomon, is also starting to panic about Christmas.
Other concerns included how she would use the time to make her current purchases, in addition to her busy career as a social media content creator.
Sophie is also desperate to ensure her children’s health is taken care of with several dates, but in her next slide, she urged fans to “keep going” despite her struggles.

She said: ‘So just a reminder that no one really has all their stuff together!
‘We are all ONCE, so technically we are all improvising, we are all learning, sometimes failing, sometimes succeeding.
‘But we get up and start again and that’s what matters most.
‘So keep going. And if no one has told you today… you are doing incredible’
It comes after Sophie posted an emotional post on Instagram as her sons Ronnie, five, and Lennie, three, painted the news of the new arrival on a wall in their home.
Mrs Hinch joked there would be more “carnage” ahead adding another child to her brood, before showing off her burgeoning baby bump.
She put on a tight black workout outfit and lovingly cradled her baby bump as she posed with a big smile in front of her bedroom mirror.
Mrs Hinch then shared a gushing post and said she was convinced her third child was a gift from her father in heaven.
Writing: ‘Heaven was too far away to visit, so you sent us a special gift from above. I have no doubt that you sent it to us dad, to fill our hearts with so much love.’
