Ava Kris Tyson, who rose to stardom with the MrBeast channel with 305 million subscribers, is alleged to have begun the relationship when the boy was 13.

The co-host of a popular YouTube show has broken her silence amid allegations that she had an “inappropriate” relationship with a boy.

Ava Kris Tyson, who rose to fame for her role on the MrBeast channel, has issued an apology for her “past behavior” and “comments.”

He announced that he was stepping away from the MrBeast channel (which has 300 million subscribers) and social media “to focus on my family and my mental health.”

Tyson is alleged to have sent sexually explicit messages to a minor he met when she was 13 and 20.

The couple reportedly met after the girl won an online contest. At the time, Tyson was known to YouTube fans as “Chris” because she had not yet transitioned her gender identity.

Tyson, who has a son with his ex-wife, is said to have spent years communicating with the fan on public online forums before meeting him in person when the teenager turned 16.

In a post on X today, Tyson wrote: “I would like to apologize for any behavior or comments I have made in the past if it hurt or offended anyone. It was not my intention.”

“In light of recent events, we mutually decided that it would be best for me to permanently step away from everything related to MrBeast and social media to focus on my family and mental health.”

The fan, now an adult, says he is not a victim and has defended Tyson, but has admitted some of the messages were “inappropriate” and “edgy”.

Since the relationship was revealed in a series of exposé-style videos and clips, several of Tyson’s controversial posts have resurfaced.

Several posts show Tyson interacting with ‘Shadman’, an artist known for drawing young characters in sexual poses.

In one post, Tyson begged Shadman to “draw a 10-year-old anime girl.” Other posts show Tyson sexualizing cartoon girls.

The scandal comes just a month after Dr Disrespect, a well-known Twitch gamer, was blacklisted by the online community after admitting to sending inappropriate messages to a minor.

MrBeast, who has a net worth of $700 million, is known for his extravagant exploits and philanthropic initiatives.

Tyson is also a personal friend of the YouTube star.

The social media uproar was sparked by a series of videos purportedly showing Instagram posts of Tyson and the minor who had visited them at college.

Both images show Tyson in 2020 with two other men, but the person believed to be the minor is blurred out.

Claims have suggested that the boy, who calls himself ‘Lava’, met Tyson through a fan meeting after winning a contest through the MrBeast YouTube channel that he and Tyson started in 2012, according to Insider trading games.
