A Perth mother was taken to hospital with a horrific injury after an alleged attack on the road on Monday.
The 55-year-old woman suffered a broken ankle, along with many cuts and bruises, and was covered in blood after being hit by a car in Alexander Heights.
The woman had stepped out of her son's Volkswagon to talk to the driver of a white Toyota Camry after an alleged driving incident a few blocks away.

Witnesses heard a bang on Linto Way at 12.30 pm and ran outside, finding the woman with horrific injuries.
