A mom who thought she picked up a “ bargain ” sweater dress from I Saw It First has been left in hysteria after she found it so big that her partner and two kids could fit in it.
Kayleigh Sutton, 32, of Stoke-on-Trent, bought the £ 10 mid-size knit at a sale last month, but found the dress was so long that it was covered in fabric.
After showing her family the oversized garment, her kids were left in the lurch and convinced that it was big enough to fit into the sweater with her.
Meanwhile, the mum of five also invited her boyfriend Jordan Lee to snuggle up in the sweater with her, revealing, ‘I ordered a medium thinking it would be baggy. I thought it would be baggy and loose anyway. I just didn’t expect it to be so loose. ‘

The mum of five bought the £ 10 mid-sized knit at a sale last month but found the dress was so long she was covered in fabric
The 32-year-old said she usually wears a size 10, but that she bought the dress in a medium to make sure it wasn’t too tight after she recently had a baby.
She said ‘I ordered a medium because I had a baby not long ago and if I ordered a small one I didn’t want it to be [clingy].
In the meantime, she had already come up with a range of outfits that she could wear to knit and said, ‘I bought it because I bought thigh-high boots and I decided that I was going to buy a lot of sweater dresses and I would look comfortable and wear these new thigh-high boots. ‘
But when the garment arrived, she was amazed at the size of the knit and added, “It looked like a sack of potatoes.
She was left hysterical after trying on the sweater and inviting her daughters Bonnie and Emilia (left) and her boyfriend Jamie (right) to come with her in the garment
Kayleigh said her kids sat in suture over the huge sweater before squeezing into the knit next to her
Meanwhile, she added, ‘My kids just laughed. I went to my daughter’s bedroom to see it in the big mirror, and she said, “You’re not leaving the house like that.”
“I said to her,” Why? This dress is luscious, I’m going to wear it all the time. ”
“She said,” You’re not taking me to school like that, Mom. “
Kayleigh continued, “They laughed and I said, ‘I bet you would fit in”.
The mom of five, who usually wears a size 10, chose the medium size in the sweater as she recently had a baby (pictured with boyfriend Jamie)
She revealed that she had already planned outfits to wear with the cozy knit, hoping to wear the oversized sweater with a pair of over-the-knee boots
Kayleigh’s boyfriend Jamie told her the sweater looked ‘really comfortable’ and climbed into the knit next to her too
They got in and laughed. They even said, “It would be too big even if you were pregnant, Mom.”
She added: ‘My friend said it looked really comfortable so I told him to come in, and he did. We just laugh. Everything to laugh about. ‘
Hilarious photos taken by Kayleigh show the mother of five and her boyfriend Jordan cuddling inside.
Another shows her two daughters, Emilia Sutton, nine, and Bonnie Sutton, seven, both of whom fit comfortably with her.
Despite its sheer size, Kayleigh revealed that she has kept the sweater and plans to wear it for cozy afternoons on the couch
The mum of five claims she bought from I Saw It First before and never had a problem with sizing.
Kayleigh said, “I kept the dress. I decided that on that cozy Sunday morning or afternoon I would be sitting in the sweater on the couch. I’ll be all wrapped up.
‘I’ve bought things from them before and never had any problems.
Meanwhile, she revealed that during her order she also bought other items that fit ‘beautifully’
With that order I bought a smocked dress that looked absolutely gorgeous. I ordered a few more pieces.
‘I have six dresses for £ 30, but then I really have doubts because I just got the size with that dress. Everything else will fit fine. ‘
I Saw It First was contacted for comment.
