Moreton Bay: Frantic search underway for missing 12-year-old girl last seen at a train station in Queensland

A frantic search is underway for a 12-year-old girl last seen three days ago.

The girl, from Moreton Bay, north of Brisbane in Queensland, was last seen at a Roma Street train station about 12.30pm on Sunday.

“Police and family have serious concerns for his welfare due to his young age,” a Queensland Police statement said.

It is understood the girl may be in the North Lakes area where she is known to frequent local shopping centres.

The 12-year-old boy is described as having a Caucasian appearance, is slim, about 150cm tall and has brown/blonde hair.

She was last seen wearing black pants and a black blouse.

Anyone who may have seen the girl or has information is asked to contact police immediately.
