Drinking coffee at your desk not only provides a useful effect, but it could also help you live longer.

Its powerful anti-inflammatory effect may help offset the negative impact of spending hours sitting in front of a computer, researchers say.

Scientists found that workers who spend at least six hours a day at their desks are a third less likely to die prematurely if they drink two or three cups a day than their colleagues who drink none.
