Police allege that women between the ages of 17 and 24 were held in conditions of illegal prostitution, were given intoxicating drugs and subjected to controlled living, financial and working conditions, as well as tattooed.

Markcrow’s girlfriend, Crystal Marie Sawyer, 23, was also arrested and charged with running the illegal prostitution business.

Earlier this month, Sawyer was bailed on the condition that she would not go within 100 yards of the house, report to the police twice a week, and not contact certain people, including Markcrow.

In total, nine alleged victims have contacted the police so far. Social media is said to have been used to recruit them.

Two 23-year-old women have also been charged with the ring that police described as truly shocking.
