Monica Bellucci and Tim Burton looked happier than ever as they attended the premiere of the Beetlejuice sequel during the Venice Film Festival on Wednesday night.
The couple, who have been dating since October 2023, dressed to impress as they coordinated their all-black outfits and donned oversized sunglasses as they posed for photos together.
Tim, who directed the second film, looked dapper in a suit and tie which he teamed with a pair of sneakers.
Meanwhile, Monica, who plays Delores in the sequel, looked glamorous in an off-shoulder dress.
The Italian star showed off her incredible figure in a long dress that featured dramatic puffed sleeves.

She added a pop of color to the ensemble with a large necklace and carried her belongings in a coordinating black clutch.
The actress was not in the original Beetlejuice, made 35 years ago, but Tim has a habit of casting his mistresses in his films (like Helena Bonham Carter) and she plays Delores, the ex-wife of Michael Keaton’s Beetlejuice in this film.
The character is like a ‘stitched doll,’ she says.
Speaking ahead of the premiere, Monica said: ‘I feel so honoured to be a part of this film and to step into Tim’s world.
‘Tim is an artist and knows how to create situations that are fantastic, horrifying, comical and emotional at the same time.
‘She helped me a lot to create this monster, more than a monster, she’s a creature. She’s evil but also charming.
“She’s a metaphor for life. Tim told me about the character and told me he was thinking of me, and he showed me what he was thinking.
“Tim loves Italy and he loves Italian films, and he’s shown me so many films. It was through him that I discovered Mario Bava (director of the 1957 horror classic I Vampiri).”

Tim revealed that he had considered retiring from filmmaking after the disappointing reception of his big-budget live-action film, Dumbo, for Disney.
But he felt reinvigorated after making Wednesday, the Addams Family spin-off, for Netflix last year.
Wednesday’s star Jenna Ortega has joined the Beetlejuice movie, Beetlejuice as Astrid, the daughter of Lydia Deetz, played by Winona Ryder.
The director said: ‘Over the last few years I’ve become a bit disillusioned with the film industry, you could say. I realised that if I want to do something again, I’ll do it with my heart, it has to be something I want to do.
“Winona, Michael and I would talk every few years about doing Beetlejuice, but I was really energized by Wednesday. Hiking in the Carpathian Mountains in Romania has an effect on you.”
He added that he had not seen the original film before he began filming the sequel, but hoped to stay true to its spirit.
Jenna Ortega said she had joined a “team of giants” on the film, adding: “For me it was about making sure I didn’t copy Winona’s work back then and doing something new.”
Winona said: “I was so excited to be with everyone again. It was a very special experience. My love and trust for Tim runs very deep. There’s a sense of joy where you try things and you know that if they’re bad, he won’t use them.”

A synopsis for Beetlejuice Beetlejuice reads: ‘Three generations of the Deetz family return home to Winter River after an unexpected family tragedy.’
Tim and Monica met 16 years ago, but are said to have started dating after seeing each other at the Lumière Film Festival in Lyon in October 2022.
Monica confirmed their relationship in June of the following year when she told Elle France: “What I can say… I’m glad I met the man in the first place.”
‘It’s one of those encounters that rarely happen in life… I know the man, I love him, and now I’m going to meet the director, another adventure begins.’
He added: “I love Tim very much and I have great respect for Tim Burton.”
