What do you need to make apple pies

300 g green apple

15 g butter

20 g brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 ground cinnamon

puff pastry

Pinch of salt

She started by peeling and dicing the apples before putting them in a pan with butter, brown sugar, a pinch of salt, cinnamon and a dash of vanilla extract.

“Cook it until it’s nice and soft, then put it in a bowl to cool,” she said.

After cutting the dough into four mini rectangles, she spooned the apple mixture onto the bottom. She lined the top puff with the base and used egg wash to seal the edges.
