But the 39-year-old mother of two (pictured with her children) shared her top parent's tips with FEMAIL – including hiding vegetables mixed in her meals
When it comes to her daily parenting style, the 39-year-old admitted that it was a learning process.
& # 39; I have learned over the years that my children and family are my priority & # 39 ;, Jules told Daily Mail Australia.
& # 39; I consider them above everything else, including my career, and then squish in what I can in around their hours. & # 39;
Every day, Jules said that she tackles her schedule on a daily basis.
& # 39; I have to play it by ear, because every day is different for me than for them. But what I found helps me both in my work and in my social life: the ability to say no, & she said.
& # 39; I notice that when I think of myself on the day and whether I want to be somewhere, I can quickly find out if it is worth doing or saying yes. & # 39;

What are Jules's tips for getting the boys to eat healthier?
* Hide vegetables in their meals and mix them together so that they get their vegetables without knowing it.
* Make smoothies and include as many fruits and vegetables as possible.
* Make healthy food fun by involving the children in cooking.
* Keep feeding your children, because perseverance is the key and they will eventually grow into something fun.
The mother-of-two swears by certain strategies to ensure that her two boys eat healthily.
& # 39; I am a big fan of hiding vegetables & # 39 ;, she said.
& # 39; Even on Monday evening, I threw all this carrot, broccoli and onion together and hid it in a spaghetti bolognese.
& # 39; They've refreshed it all without realizing there was something they didn't like. & # 39;
Jules also said that she makes sure the two boys get smoothies – which they love – but instead of just putting fruit in them, she also packs them full of vegetables and milk.
& # 39; I throw in an avocado and try to make the process of healthy eating as fun as possible, & # 39; she said.
She will involve the boys in the kitchen and keep giving them what they think they don't like until they eat it.
& # 39; Keep putting something on a plate and finally eat it & & # 39 ;, she said.
She added that being healthy is more than a good diet and making sure the boys run outside.
& # 39; Yes, I want to make sure that they have ticked off all major food groups in their lunch boxes, but I think good health is also about limited screen time, happiness and a good night's sleep. & # 39;

Jules said to herself that although she loved all aspects of motherhood, she needed some time to become one with it.
& # 39; When the children were very small, I struggled a lot with my own health & # 39 ;, she said.
& # 39; But now that they are a bit older, I have been able to make my condition a priority and ensure that I have time for it.
& # 39; Now I lie down the night before with my activewear and put it on as soon as I get up. Then I let the school run and I go to the gym for 45 minutes.
& # 39; It made such a difference to my mood, & # 39; n she said.
Not only her figure has been transformed in the last five years, Jules said, but also her attitude to her health – she said she has been obsessed with her skin lately
It is not only her figure that has been transformed over the past five years, Jules said, but also her attitude to her health.
& # 39; What will be 40 for me this year, I suddenly became obsessed with my skin, & # 39; she said.
& # 39; I'm all talking about the idea that beauty starts from the inside out, so make sure my diet is good and I get enough sleep and use all the right products. & # 39;
Jules swears by many of The Beauty Chef's Carla Oates gut health products and says she has high-rotation Glow Powder, Hydration, Collagen, and Antioxidant supplements.
& # 39; I just put them all in a smoothie and one every day, & # 39; she said.
