The Moscow resident, wearing a cat mask and pawed gloves, was led to the hookah bar by her mother, according to Telegram channel Moscow 125.
Discomfiting footage captured the incident, in which the young woman was seen on all fours in the establishment jumping towards customers walking past her.
Appearing to imitate an excitable kitten, the woman could be seen crawling around her mother, who held her leash while sitting at a table.
While the mother smoked shisha from a long pipe, her daughter began groping a passing waiter and meowed at him, leaving him looking at the woman in complete shock.
