This is the moment a vile bully was caught on video kicking a defenceless puppy and stomping on its head to ‘teach the dog how to behave’.
Cameron Brunning, 22, has been banned from owning animals after attacking his two-year-old bulldog, named Biscuit, in the elevator of his apartment building.
Shocking footage of the incident shows Brunning kicking the dog as it hides in the corner of the lift.
He also stomps on her head and yells at her for no apparent reason.

Biscuit was left traumatized by the abuse she received and was said to be afraid of being petted.
In another clip, he can be seen lifting the helpless dog by the neck and dangling it in front of the mirror for about ten seconds before letting it fall.
When questioned by the RSPCA, Brunning claimed he “needed to teach the dog how to behave”. ChronicleLive reported.
Appearing at Gateshead Magistrates’ Court, Brunning, of St Cuthbert’s Court, Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, pleaded guilty to two offences under the Animal Welfare Act 2006.
The bully admitted causing unnecessary suffering to the bulldog by inflicting physical and mental abuse, as well as failing to provide for the dog’s needs.
He was sentenced on July 17 and banned from owning animals for five years.
Fortunately, Biscuit has been housed at the RSPCA Felledge Animal Centre while the charity looks to find her a new home.
When questioned by the RSPCA, Brunning claimed he “needed to teach the dog how to behave”.
The images of the horrific abuse were found completely by accident while the janitor was investigating another matter.
In a statement read out to the court, RSPCA Inspector Keogh-Laws said: ‘In the videos the defendant can be seen kicking the dog, stamping hard on her head and legs and punching her in the face.
‘He is seen lifting her up and throwing her to the ground, where she falls on her back.
‘In one clip, he picks up the dog and holds it against the elevator mirror by grabbing it by the neck.
‘He holds it about a metre off the ground for about 10 seconds and then drops it to the ground.
‘His body language is aggressive and he points directly at the dog’s face.
‘In another clip, he pins the dog to the corner of the elevator.
The horrific abuse is believed to have taken place between September and October 2023.

‘The dog appears frightened and cowers and tries to move away to the far corner of the elevator.
“The dog did not appear to be doing anything before or during the beatings, which were completely unprovoked.”
The horrific footage, believed to have taken place between September and October 2023, was analysed by pure luck.
A janitor was examining CCTV footage to find out who was entering the building without a remote control when he stumbled upon the horrific animal abuse.
Inspector Keogh-Laws said: ‘Biscuit was subjected to violent and brutal attacks over a prolonged period.
‘The only reason this defendant’s horrendous treatment of his pet was discovered was because the apartment’s concierge was examining elevator security camera footage to try to identify someone entering the building without a key fob.
‘It was pure luck that the CCTV cameras were examined and we were able to prosecute Brunning for his appalling behaviour.
“Otherwise we wouldn’t have known about it because the accused was not on our radar.”
An RSPCA investigator attended Brunning’s flat accompanied by two police officers on 11 October 2023.

Biscuit was examined by a vet who said the dog had been in pain for at least four weeks and was showing signs of muscle trauma.
She was also afraid of being petted and would shrink back when anyone tried to touch her.
The vet said in a statement: ‘Given the dog’s attitude of avoiding contact, together with the CCTV images of her being hit and the blood results suggesting muscle damage, it is evident that she has suffered physical abuse which has also affected her mentally.
‘Although the impact of this was not obviously evident on clinical examination, the emotional and mental strain on this animal is significant.’
Brunning was given a 12-month community order under which he must complete 20 days of rehabilitation activity.
He was also ordered to contribute to court costs of £200 and a victim surcharge of £114.
