After doing so, the altercation begins when Hill apparently refuses to roll down his window when ordered to.

Police initially approached his car before he appeared to hand over his license while telling the officer to “do what you have to do.”

Hill then rolled up his window, prompting officers to bang on the car and tell him, “Hey, keep that window down!”

“Keep your window down or I’m going to kick you out of the car. In fact, get out of the car,” one officer told him before another warned the football player: “We’re going to break that damn window.”

Officers were heard telling Hill to “stop crying” after pulling him out of his car and forcing him to fall face down on the road.

“When we tell you to do something, you do it. Do you understand? Not what you want, but what we tell you. You’re a little confused,” one officer told him.
