According to a message from the Santa Clara Police Department, the fight began around 11:12 p.m. at the In-N-Out in the 3000 block of Mission College Boulevard.
Upon arrival, police arrested several suspects and paramedics transported the two stab wound victims to a local hospital.
The suspect who used the sharp object to injure the victims has not been arrested.
The shocking video of the interaction shows a group of three men at one point ganging up on another person lying on the ground.
One of the three men is seen with a mead knife, slicing the shirtless victim until nauseated.
Throughout the video, two women – one in a black top and the other in a 49ers jersey – try to break up the fight and stop the men from moaning about the victim.
The video eventually ends with another man wearing a red San Francisco 49ers jersey rushing in and pushing the three men away.
The condition of the two stabbing victims is currently unknown.
It is unclear what caused the fight to break out and police have not released the names of those involved.

A small number of security guards tried unsuccessfully to halve the violence, which saw punches exchanged in the hallways and between seats.
In the incident, several women tried to beg those fighting to stop, while a young supporter was pulled to safety as two men clashed near his seat.
