Shocking video shows the moment Miami cops searched a mega yacht after a man allegedly threatened to shoot passengers and sink a boat in the harbor.
In body camera footage from May 27, police searched a 116ft yacht near Miami Beach following a tense incident in which an “angry” man pulled out a gun.
“I’m going to punch holes in this boat and take everyone with me, and I’m going to shoot everyone,” the suspect said, according to a police report.
Passengers told police the suspected culprit, Justin Hensley – the owner of a marketing company – brandished a gun after the boat suffered mechanical problems.
Witnesses showed officers a photo of Hensley, 47, with a gun in his belt, and he was arrested, authorities said.

The incident began when police were called to a boat in the water for reports that began with engine trouble.
According to passengers, a man – Hensley – was brandishing a gun and acting erratically – making disturbing threats to harm himself and others.
People were on the boat for a Memorial Day weekend party.
“The suspect with the weapon is on the Rex boat,” a person said on police radio.
The situation was serious enough that cops cleared the deck due to potential safety issues with the then-unidentified passenger.
“Clear the bridge. If we have to take this picture from the water here,” an officer is heard saying in the body camera video, which was first posted this week.
While on the water, Hensley reportedly told the boat’s owner and others on board that he was ready to shoot them as they came to a standstill.
“He said he would shoot everyone on the boat,” an officer is heard saying.
“He said he wanted to shoot us all, and shoot the boat too,” said the owner of the boat.

According to passengers, a man – Hensley (middle) – had brandished a gun and was acting erratically – making disturbing threats to harm himself and others.

Officers were forced to search the boat for the weapon as the passengers were still on board.
After the boat began to experience mechanical problems, the owner anchored the yacht and began transporting guests on a dinghy.
“The boat broke down, I was called and I brought the mechanic on board,” the owner of the boat told police in the body camera video.
“The guy in the blue shirt freaked out,” he said.
‘For what?’ an officer is heard answering.
“Because he wanted to go home,” replied the owner.
“I started taking my friends in the dinghy, and then he was really pissed off,” the owner of the boat told the officer.
“Out of nowhere he started pulling out this gun and said, ‘I’m going to shoot you guys,’ the yacht owner continued.
Hensley was taken off the boat and spoke with police, with whom he shared details of how he makes a living.
“I own a marketing company called Rock Star Lifestyle,” says Hensley.

Other passengers were held on the boat while police searched for the weapon.

Police searched the boat for nearly half an hour before concluding that the boat was too big and the gun may have been thrown overboard.
A female passenger was so frightened by the man’s actions that she took video of Hensley allegedly with a gun and the gun stowed in his belt.
She and others also told police the man waved the gun.
Police searched the boat and even some passengers’ handbags, but eventually assumed the gun may have been thrown overboard.
“This place is so huge,” one of the officers said in the video.
“He may have thrown it away,” added another.
Miami police quickly took Hensley to the ground after speaking with witnesses.
According to the report, the man “has repeatedly apologized for his actions”.
He was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and exhibiting firearms, but his charges were later downgraded to disorderly conduct. Hensley’s case is ongoing.
