This is the moment a horrified mother came home from her holiday to find a room in her house covered in 900 meters of tinfoil, which took five long hours to remove.
Anna Jankowski, 36, was outraged when she realized the extent of her son Maks’, 20, prank, which left everything from the walls, kitchen furniture, and even his coffee maker and fruit in a bowl , wrapped in aluminum.
He spent a whopping £225 on supplies for the project (including tin foil, tape and Blue Tack) and worked on the project for over 40 hours.
Maks decided to film his mother’s reaction to the surprise when she returned to London from a trip to Poland.
Images shared on TikTok last month show the influencer painstakingly covering the room with 125 rolls of metal covering.

The social media star claimed she didn’t sleep for 40 hours to complete the prank, before taking a two-hour nap and finishing it just in time for Anna to return home.
One clip showed the exasperated mother holding her head in shock as she entered the room before collecting carefully wrapped items to inspect Maks’ work.
Clearly irritated but amused, Anna pretended to hit him with a wrapped frying pan before tearing a piece of tinfoil off the sofa and throwing it at her son.
Maks, who was pleased with the strange result, says that his prank took a long time because he needed to glue each workpiece perfectly as it would break if he tried to remove it.
However, he added that Anna forced him to make her a cup of coffee as soon as she realized she couldn’t make herself a drink.
“She just wanted to relax when she got home, so I could tell she was a little upset and when she helped me take it off, I got that vibe from her,” he admitted.
“It was crazy,” Anna agreed. “When I saw him I wanted to throw the foil at him.”

Elaborating on his process, Maks explained that he had to be ‘really delicate’ with the tinfoil prank.
While Maks is “not the type of person to give up,” he admitted that he was “slowly getting annoyed” with the process.
Maks is committed to recycling Blue Tack and aluminum foil and using them in other videos and art projects.

“To make sure it’s done accurately, I couldn’t rush it,” he said. ‘The thing about aluminum foil is that you have to make it in a big strip and place it straight to make sure it lines up because if you put tape on it you won’t be able to remove it. It just breaks.
“The hardest part was the chairs, because each chair took about an hour because they kept sliding around.”

“I didn’t even know how to cook, so I had to order food,” he revealed. “It was quite cold at the time, but with the aluminum foil it looked like a heater, so we didn’t need the heat on.”
