A Florida mother was caught after arriving at her daughter’s bus stop to take part in a fight her daughter started with another teenager.

In the footage, Kathryn Stephanopoulos, 34, can be seen wearing shorts as she places the teen in a headlock, allowing her daughter to pummel her high school nemesis with repeated blows.

During the altercation, one onlooker described the boxing mother as “beautiful.”

Stephanopoulos now faces charges of aggravated child abuse after Flagler County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested her on Monday.

According to the department, the woman’s daughter agreed to fight with another student as soon as they got off the school bus.

The two teens began arguing after fighting over the summer, with the mother waiting at the bus stop after being told about the arrangement.

Finally, the mother steps between the two and grabs the girl by the white shirt while her daughter throws savage punches at her.

The two groups continue to argue as they walk away from each other, and police say one of the teens hit Stephanopoulos with a metal cup.

One juvenile was also arrested for aggravated assault, while another juvenile’s misdemeanor charges were referred to the State Attorney’s Office.

Sheriff Rick Staly said: ‘Instead of calming the situation, we have a mother who joined in the fight, setting a bad example for her son and those at the bus stop.

“She certainly won’t be getting the mother of the year award for her actions. Parents should lead by example and not be part of the problem.

‘Luckily, no one was seriously injured, but now a mother faces serious charges for losing control of her temper.’

Stephanopoulos was taken to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Center. She has since been released on $1,000 bail, online jail records show.

According to an arrest affidavit seen by Fox 35It said: ‘It should be noted that Kathryn expressed regret and embarrassment over the entire incident.’
