A mother claims she and her family were kicked out of a Los Angeles brewery after they complained about seeing a man in the women’s bathroom.
In a video posted online Sunday, the mother could be seen confronting an Angel City Brewery employee after she apparently attempted to use the bathroom and found the biological man inside and was told to leave the premises.
“I have small children, but we have no rights,” laments the unidentified mother.
‘So we have to leave but doesn’t the Trans who was using the women’s bathroom have to leave?’ She continues to bother the employee.
‘The man who made me feel uncomfortable doesn’t have to go. What about women’s rights? There are no women’s rights, only trans rights, right? she asks.
A mother claimed in a TikTok video that she and her son were kicked out of Angel City Brewery for complaining about a biological male using the women’s bathroom.
The mother then reiterated that she feels “very uncomfortable” as the employee apparently went to find a manager.
She could then be seen standing with a man in a second video the mother posted to TikTok under the username lexthegreat33.
‘Why are they kicking us out?’ the mother asks in that video, as the manager realizes that she is filming the situation.
She then informs him that she plans to post the video on TikTok, to which the man tells her, “You won’t make it on TikTok.”
“I’m already on TikTok,” he tells the manager.
“I love it for you,” he says, seemingly sarcastically.
But the mother keeps asking the employees why they are kicking her out of the establishment.
Finally, the man informs him: “You didn’t agree with trans policies.”
‘Because I don’t feel comfortable I disagree?’ she asks.
“Because you don’t agree with his identity,” he responds.

At that moment, the mother notices that “he has balls and a penis.”
The confrontation finally appears to end when the employee says, “None of this is going to get anywhere where we agree.”
It is not clear from the videos what the woman may have said before being expelled.
But Nat Hoai, who claimed to be a relative of the family, said the woman “visited the brewery with her son expecting a welcoming atmosphere, but the experience turned out to be anything but.”
Hoai explained: ‘During his visit, my relative observed a biological male dressed as a woman using the women’s bathroom.
‘Concerned for her and her son’s safety and comfort, she politely asked staff about the situation, asking for clarification.
‘Instead of addressing her concerns respectfully and providing a reasonable explanation, staff asked her and her son to leave the premises.
‘This response was not only dismissive, but also totally unacceptable.
“As paying customers, you deserve to be treated with respect and have your concerns acknowledged and addressed.”

He went on to write that he could no longer recommend the brewery to his friends.
‘It appears that the brewery prioritizes certain customers over others, without taking into account the legitimate concerns of women and families.
“I hope that management will reconsider their policies and take steps to ensure that all customers feel safe and respected while visiting their establishment,” Hoai wrote.
‘Until then, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Angel City Brewery to others.
“It is crucial that companies handle these situations sensitively and fairly and, unfortunately, this was not the case here.”

Others on social media also praised the mother for saying something about the biological man in the women’s bathroom.
‘Thank you for standing up for women everywhere. Especially in a place where they should feel safe and comfortable,” Candice Aguilar commented in the second TikTok video.
“I can’t believe how they treated you for being uncomfortable when you’re supposed to be safe while going to the bathroom,” wrote another.
“I’m so sorry this is horrible,” wrote a third. “The gas lighting is deafening.”
Others, meanwhile, suggested boycotting the establishment and bombarding it with negative online reviews.
