A mother who nursed an underage boy online before luring him to her home and having sex with him in her bedroom has been jailed.

Nicola Holton, 36, told the teen ‘she couldn’t wait until 2023, when he would be 18’ and has hunted him twice.

She reached out to her 15-year-old victim and said she needed help with an online game her son was playing.

Mrs. Harris said Holton ‘put her hand in his pants’ and performed two sex acts on him with her hand and her mouth

Holton, of Worcester, was sentenced to four years in prison at Worcester Crown Court yesterday. She admitted that between August 31 and October 10 last year, between August 31 and October 10, there was two sexual activity with a child and one involving sexual communication with a child.

Holton, of Worcester, was sentenced to four years in prison at Worcester Crown Court yesterday.

She admitted that between August 31 and October 10 last year, between August 31 and October 10, two sexual activity with a child and one sexual communication with a child took place.

Prosecutor Caroline Harris told the court that the boy said he “wanted it to stop and he would just be a normal kid.”

Ms. Harris said Holton “put her hand in his pants” and performed two sex acts on him using her hand and her mouth.

Holton also later sent him messages “suggesting she was doing herself a favor.”

The victim said he deleted those messages because he did not want to see them.

On another occasion she kissed him again and used her hands to perform a sexual act.

Mrs. Harris said, “He felt he couldn’t say anything about what had happened because he was afraid he might get into trouble.

He asked the officer what his sentence might be for what had happened.

“The officer noted that at various stages he was in tears and showed the distress that has been caused.”

Holton even told the boy ‘she couldn’t wait until 2023 when he would be 18’ and to keep reminding herself ‘he was only 15’.

The prosecutor said, “He remembers feeling compelled to do what he did.”

In a personal statement from the victim’s mother of the boy, she described how her son struggled to sleep and became reluctant to be seen out of the house and felt he would be watched, questioned about what had happened ‘and that he will be judged ‘.

She said, ‘I noticed a real change in him.

He came out of school and immediately got angry.

“He had turned into someone I didn’t know at all.”

Fiona Elder, defensively, said Holton was “unable to live alone” after a controlling relationship with her ex-husband.

Judge Nicolas Cartwright said, “You seduced him, kissed him, took him to your apartment bedroom and performed oral sex on him.”

He told her that she then went on to “repeat the behavior,” that the boy “got into conflict” after the first opportunity, and “initially sent messages saying he didn’t want your sexual attention.”

He said, “At least you should have known a lot better, since you worked in daycare and graduated.

You knew very well how serious this insult was. ‘

He also noted “you have two boys of your own and you couldn’t have imagined how serious your actions were.”

Judge Cartwright also said she had not expressed “significant remorse.”

He added: ‘Your grief was only because you had been taken into custody.

“There was a lot of accusation over the course of that interview.”

Holton can expect to serve half of the custodial sentence in custody and the other half with a license in the community.

An indefinite ban and an injunction to prevent sexual harm were also imposed.

The restraining order prevents her from having direct or indirect contact with the boy or going to his address or to any future address where she knows or thinks he is staying.

The SHPO limits its use of Internet-enabled devices, including contacting children online, and prohibits unsupervised contact with male children under the age of 16, other than its own.
