WHAT IS COOL SCULPTING?
CoolSculpting is the brand name for a fat freezing method that aims to get rid of stubborn fat in certain parts of your body.
The method is called cryolipolysis. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved it in 2010.
Scientists came up with the idea for cryolipolysis by studying what happens to fat during freezing. Fat freezes at a higher temperature than the skin. The cryolipolysis machine cools your fat to a temperature that destroys it, while leaving your skin and other tissues unharmed.
Cryolipolysis is not a surgery and no needles are used. The device holds the part of your body that your doctor wants to reach between two paddles. The paddles cool down quickly and your doctor will let them sit in place for about 35 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes. During that time, the process destroys about 20% -25% of the fat cells in the targeted area.
The final results may not appear for a few months, but you may start to see some changes within a few weeks. During this time, your immune system slowly removes the dead fat cells.

Sims spoke to Allure in 2015 about losing weight with a little help. ‘First of all, it is very difficult. You’ve got the baby, you’ve never had a baby in your life and you’re like, Oh my God, what happened? And you’re constantly exercising and you’re trying to eat right, and very slowly it comes off, ” she said.
She added: ‘It took me almost a year to get the weight off. And I was honest about that in my book The Everyday Supermodel …
‘I realized that no amount of dieting or exercise was going to get that last bit off my stomach.
So I went to my dermatologist and said, “Is there anything else I can do? I can’t do sit-ups anymore.”
And she was like, ‘Yeah, we have a new thing called CoolSculpting [a procedure that uses controlled cooling to freeze fat cells]
Sims has been a spokesperson for the treatment.
Siren said it is a non-surgical procedure approved by the FDA. It is not a lip reduction and does not require ‘doom’. Each treatment lasts one hour.
‘I did my stomach, so I did two hours at a time. I saw results in a month. To tell the truth, [CoolSculpting] came to me. I wrote about it in my book two years ago because it really worked. I was not looking for approval. I really did. ‘
She also talked about taking care of herself: ‘Plan your time.
‘People always ask: how do you do it all? I am like a walking calendar.
‘I literally make my snacks on Sundays when I travel on Tuesdays, and I pack them before I leave.
“Or I check the menu of a restaurant we’re going to beforehand, and I say, okay, we’ll get tacos on Tuesday, so we’ll go meatless on Monday.”
