Molly-Mae Hague revealed she “been through hell and back” after the birth of her daughter Bambi, as she candidly details the “dark times” she has faced.
The former Love Island star, 25, offered insight into her first weeks of motherhood in a new Q&A with her sister Zoe.
During the chat, Molly-Mae confessed that she went through a ‘breakdown’ after giving birth to her daughter in 2023, admitting that she hadn’t had much experience with babies at the time.
She said: “The only child I had was Bobby, who is Fran’s son, that’s the only child I’ve ever been with, I really had no idea.”
‘Those first weeks of Bambi’s life… hell and back. We were having a nervous breakdown.

The former Love Island star offered insight into her first weeks of motherhood in a new Q&A with her sister Zoe, which she posted to her YouTube channel.
Molly-Mae and her sister also spoke about the advice they would give to other new mothers, with Zoe saying: “Amy Hart, when you had your baby, Stanley, they actually split him up, so he would do the night shift.” she would do the day shift and I think sleep is the way to go.
“So if you have help and you have your partner with you, instead of doing everything together.”
Molly-Mae then shared the mistake she and her ex Tommy made, chiming in: “That’s what we did wrong.” We all did it together. You have to sleep.
‘Don’t refuse help. There are really strange messages among new moms: “don’t have visitors the first month, take your time, set your boundaries.”
“I see it all the time and I really took it into account too much. I basically said there were no visitors and I wanted to be able to say that I had all this time with just her and I to bond.
‘The first night with Bambi at home, I was alone. Now that I look back it gives me chills, I had no idea what I was doing.’
Molly-Mae also offered insight into the ‘dark times’ she faced when breastfeeding Bambi, sharing: ‘I was breastfeeding and it was, wow! Dark. They were very, very dark times.
“I think it’s wonderful to try, but don’t put pressure on yourself because that’s what I was doing and I really think that contributed to my milk supply leaving me.”

The star also revealed that she recently took Bambi to her first day at nursery, but things took a ‘disastrous’ turn when she found her visibly upset when she went to pick her up.
Molly-Mae revealed: ‘Bambi started nursery. He had his first day, from 9:30 am to 3 pm the other day.
‘He had three test sessions, two one hour long and one two hour long and, to be honest, the two hour session was a disaster.
“When I picked her up she was very upset, I had never seen her cry like that before.
‘Something didn’t sit right with me. I didn’t feel good. I don’t have to put Bambi in daycare to take care of the kids, I can have her at home with me, that’s not a problem.
“I wanted to send it more for your benefit.”
Molly-Mae announced her split from Tommy in August and reports have since emerged claiming the boxer, also 25, was unfaithful to her.
In their first interview since their split, Tommy told The Mail his side of the story and said he “didn’t cheat on her at all.”
Molly-Mae then shared the mistake she and her ex Tommy made during their first weeks as parents, admitting they should have divided responsibilities.
Speaking to The Mail last week, Tommy admitted: “It’s proper love.” Do I still love Molly? 100 percent. I will love her until my last breath.
‘I know what I have to do to solve things. And that depends on me. No one else can do that except me.’
