The influencer went on to say that she wanted to make herself something for lunch but had no appetite, noting, “I haven’t really had an appetite. It’s definitely coming back, but I’m just not in the mood for anything.”

Later in the video, Molly-Mae reflected on how difficult it has been to keep busy since Tommy moved away.

Speaking to the camera, she said: ‘Today is a day where I try to keep myself busy and distracted, and just try to find things to do to fill my time.

‘And I’m kind of dreading this weekend because I feel like weekends suck!

‘When you’re going through a breakup, I feel like the weekends are literally the worst because for me they’re something that I really look forward to, especially when you’re with family because it’s family time and time to make memories.

‘You always do nice things and I don’t know, the weekends now are the hardest time because you feel terribly lonely and really sad.’

He added: “I’m not really looking forward to this weekend, but I feel like with each passing weekend, it should get easier; we hope so.”

Molly-Mae, who shares 20-month-old daughter Bambi with Tommy, went on to say: ‘In breakups, there are parts of the day that are definitely worse and better than others.

‘Mornings are horrible. Afternoons are horrible. Weekends for me are horrible. And then when you’re busy in the middle of the day and you’re not thinking about anything and you’re distracted, that’s the ideal time. Those are your few hours of, well, I’m not thinking about it.

“And then, when things calm down…”

‘For me too, you’re so used to how life is and when you’re in a rut and everything is done with you, and then I don’t know, obviously there’s a lot of changes and it’s really… it’s pretty shitty.’

Molly-Mae then went on to speculate that her fans will wonder why she is doing this vlog as if “everything is normal,” but the star insisted that this was “the best way to deal with this.”

She added that YouTube and vlogging have been a “nice distraction” for her amidst the pain and are “something else to think about” and “focus on,” as well as a “coping mechanism.”

Molly-Mae concluded her video by saying that the period following her breakup will definitely be “a journey,” but that she is “lucky” to have her “huge online family” supporting her through it.
