Mohammed Kudus scored a rare solo goal after a long, rambling run to give West Ham a 4-0 lead in the second leg of their Europa League round of 16 tie against Freiburg.

The Ghana international took possession in the center of his own half, before advancing, beating several of the German team’s defenders and finally slotting the ball into the bottom corner.

While West Ham lost the first leg last week in Germany, the Hammers quickly overturned a one-goal deficit in London on Thursday night, with Kudus also scoring a superb second to make it 5-0 in favor of the Hammers. hosts.

Kudus scored a solo goal worthy of a standing ovation before closing the show with a magnificent second.

The fourth goal was undoubtedly the best of the night. Kudus recovered the ball just inside his own half, dribbled past three players before sending a clinical shot into the back of the net.

His second goal was almost as good, a shot from the edge of the area that left Freiburg goalkeeper Noah Atubolu with no chance.
