How are Loco Love Chocolates made?

Before we get hold of the cocoa, the beans have to be picked, dried, fermented and then shipped to Australia. When the cocoa arrives in our warehouse, we check it for taste and quality and if it does not meet our standard, we will not use it.

After this, the cocoa is placed in a gigantic stone mill with coconut blossom sugar for 48 hours, until it is silky and creamy. The slow grinder allows you to develop delicate flavors and marry each other. We never heat the cocoa more than 47 degrees to maintain its nutritional profile.

We add the highest quality medicinal, wildly processed mushrooms and pure, therapeutic quality essential oils mixed with tonic herbs, healing herbs and superfoods.

It is thanks to this attitude that she decided to make Loco Love, a traditional vegan chocolate brand that is full of health benefits.

Health food has long been a big part of her life, thanks to her years of modeling and nutritionist and naturopath.

Making chocolate was not something I wanted, it was something that happened naturally and almost randomly when I stopped to think about everything, & # 39; she said.

I was always so stressed about what I was going to do with my life, but making healthy alternatives to my favorite food was my passion. & # 39;

She used her training as naturopath to add herbs and other medicinal food to the chocolate, so that when people ate them, they would not feel the usual sugar crash or guilt after thoughts.
