Welcome to the beginning of the Prices for the mobile industryfirst-ever digital Winners Week, which celebrates the best companies, products and people in the UK’s mobile sector.
It has never been more important to stop and recognize the companies and individuals that make the UK mobile industry such a fantastic and vibrant community to be a part of.
We’re gathering this week to celebrate the past 12 months, but it would be remiss not to highlight the incredible contributions our industry made during the coronavirus pandemic.
This is especially true for our network partners, who have been able to cope admirably in recent months with the huge demand for remote working, as well as making tremendous contributions to key workers in the form of donations, support and much more.
Mobile Industry Awards 2020
This year’s awards have the largest number of entries ever received. More than 127 entries were submitted by 61 different companies and the winners were determined after more than 40 hours of careful consideration by our expert jury.
We are thrilled to share the results of the next five days with you, and you can find all the winners at our dedicated Mobile Industry Awards 2020 hub.
In addition to our range of awards, we’re also counting down the Mobile Power 50, which recognizes industry leaders and influencers, and crowning our 16th Shop Idol winner in partnership with Samsung.
Good luck to everyone and don’t forget to continue the conversation online with the hashtag # MIA2020.
We would like to thank our sponsors and partners for 2020 Sky Zero, Samsung and Mind, as well as our media partners for 2020 – TechRadar Pro, 5GRadar, T3, ITProPortal and Android Central.
