Cocktail experts are now sharing ways you can raise a glass at the bar with your friends while keeping your six-pack intact.

From the classic Arnold Palmer’s to a frozen Pimm’s, here are the five drinks you can drink to keep your waistline trim, but is your favourite on the list?

Mix all ingredients and top up with carbonated water.
