The Mission: Impossible star is left speechless by the rare talent of Sunrise host Matt Shirvington after Tom Cruise was mesmerized by the former Olympian’s running ability.
Matt Shirvington surprised actor Hayler Atwell on Wednesday with his mind-blowing ability to sound like a cricket.
The Sunrise host, 44, left the Mission: Impossible star, 41, speechless during an interview in which they bonded over their unique vocal talents.
In a jaw-dropping clip, the breakfast show host asked the Hollywood star to teach him her ventriloquist trick before showing off his own cricket sound.
I promised myself I’d ask you this, I’m a sucker for sound effects. When I was a kid, that’s all I really did. Cricket,’ he said, before imitating the sound of a cricket.
The incredible resemblance shocked Hayley into stunned silence.

His mouth dropped open as Matt went on to ask, “I know you have a little voice trapped inside, can you show me how?”
He was referring to the Marvel star’s uncanny ability to puff out his cheeks and make it sound like there’s a little person trapped inside his mouth.
Hayley isn’t the only Mission: Impossible star struck by Matt’s many talents, as Tom Cruise was mesmerized by his ability to run on Monday.

Matt was interviewing the American actor, 61, ahead of the release of his new movie Mission Impossible – Dead Reckoning, when he revealed that he competed in the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
‘When I was a kid, I was a sprinter. I went to the Olympics as a sprinter,” Matt said.
‘Wow,’ replied an impressed Tom before shaking hands with the TV presenter.

Hayley isn’t the only Mission: Impossible star to be wowed by Matt’s many talents, as 61-year-old Tom Cruise (pictured) was mesmerized by his Monday running ability.
The great Hollywood asked which year and even Matt was in it, before enthusiastically saying, “I saw you run.”
Tom and Hayley were in Sydney this week for the Mission Impossible – Dead Reckoning premiere.
The couple were all smiles as they walked the red carpet together alongside co-stars Simon Pegg and Pom Klementieff.
Tom was met by many fans holding signs to wish him a happy 61st birthday when he arrived at the event two hours early.
