Missing Hawaii woman Hannah Kobayashi has been seen entering Mexico, according to law enforcement sources.
Investigators say border security footage near Tijuana showed her between Nov. 12 and Nov. 13, about a day after she disappeared and about 11 days before her father took his own life after the search. of her became too much to bear.
Her family has yet to comment on rumors that their daughter fled south toward the Mexican border.

She had previously texted a friend that she had had a “spiritual awakening” and was then seen in the company of a mystery man on November 11.

The Kobayashi family has repeatedly said that she didn’t seem to be acting like herself, and her sister, Sydni, even suggested that Hannah’s text messages “seemed like someone was controlling her.”
But at a Board of Police Commissioners meeting on Nov. 26, LAPD Chief Jim McDonnell said “the investigation determined” that Hannah’s missed connection “was intentional.”
“On November 15, our missing persons unit assumed responsibility for investigating,” he said.
“Detectives have been diligently reviewing surveillance video and employing various investigative techniques to locate Hannah, while her family continues their personal search efforts.”
He went on to say that the Los Angeles Police Department remains “committed to locating Hannah and supporting the family as they navigate this tragedy,” especially after the death of Hannah’s father, Ryan.
However, Kobayashi’s family said the police chief had never told them about the evidence that she “intentionally” missed her flight, and Sydni suggested there was no evidence.
She claimed in a statement on social media that the family was “unaware of the alleged findings presented at the Los Angeles Police Commission meeting until several citizens sent us multiple videos of the meeting.” PEOPLE report.
“These alleged findings have not yet been conveyed to my mother and me directly by the Chief of the Los Angeles Police Department or any detective involved in Hannah’s case.”

Ryan spent nearly two weeks searching for his missing daughter before taking his own life.
She and her mother, Brandi Yee, also claimed that certain details McDonnell shared about the case at the meeting were inaccurate.
‘The specific facts contained in that report were inaccurate, such as Hannah’s age. Hannah is 30 years old, not 23. Additionally, Hannah was reported missing to authorities on November 11, not November 13, as the chief of the Los Angeles Police Department stated.
“The lack of communication around some important details has left us feeling excluded from potentially crucial events,” Sydni said.
“However, we remain hopeful and optimistic that the Los Angeles Police Department is doing everything in its power to help us locate Hannah.
Sydni also criticized the report. to Hawaii News Nowsaying that the police chief “seems to say it (as if) she’s out and about to do her thing,” which may dissuade people from looking for her.
“I don’t want to criticize the Los Angeles Police Department. “I don’t want to discredit them if they’re doing what they’re doing,” he said. “But right now, we’re very confused about where they are.”
Sydni also said she continues to believe Hannah is in danger, noting that even if her sister had decided to go off-grid, she would have contacted their father, who spent nearly two weeks searching for her and committed suicide.
“With my father passing away, being everywhere, in his right frame of mind, I would never have thought about not reaching out to anyone,” Sydni said.
Sydni says she’s convinced Hannah wouldn’t have run away and describes her sister as “an amazing, beautiful person.”

The aspiring photographer was seen wearing a black hoodie and colorful sweatpants while walking around LAX while wearing a pair of headphones.
Her ex-boyfriend was also on board that flight, having booked flights for the two of them before they split up.
He was due to take a connecting flight at 11 p.m., however, it never arrived, while his ex continued to New York. He is now cooperating with the police.
The next day, Kobayashi was seen at The Grove shopping center between noon and 3 p.m. He spent a considerable amount of time at Taschen Books, where he stopped to charge his phone.
Kobayashi, 30, was caught on security camera footage disembarking from a plane at LAX just before 10 p.m. on Nov. 8.
At 2:43 he took a photograph and sent it to his aunt, before returning to the airport where he is believed to have spent the night.
In a YouTube video outside an event in Los Angeles on November 10, Hannah could also be seen wearing the same outfit. She was spotted at a Nike event with LeBron James in Los Angeles, where she was wearing the same dark hoodie and headphones she wore to the airport, around 3:30 p.m. Kobayashi also shared a post on her Instagram from the event with an eye emoji as the caption.
She was then seen talking to a ticket agent at LAX around 5 p.m. That same day, her family filed a missing person report amid what they described as unusual correspondence from Kobayashi.
The family explained that Kobayashi sent some cryptic text messages and Venmo payments to people they did not recognize before and after her disappearance.
A payment was sent at 6:25 pm on November 9 to a person named Verónica Almendarez for an unknown amount, and the payment description only shows a drawn bow and arrow emoji.
The second was made less than an hour later to someone named Jonathan Taylor, also for an undisclosed amount, and the description only said: “Reading.”
Her family has said she acted suspiciously before and after her disappearance.
Hannah sent money to two people on Venmo after missing her flight to New York
The recipients’ relationship to Hannah is currently unknown, but the missing woman’s family said so. the sun that the Los Angeles police are investigating the matter.

The next day, November 11, Kobayashi was seen boarding a LAX Subway C line at the Aviation/Century station..
He boarded at 9:02 pm, before transferring to another train at the Rosa Parks station.
Kobayashi was finally seen leaving the Pico Metro station with the unidentified person at 10:03 p.m.
The family also noted that the young artist’s phone has been turned off since November 11 and her last fixed location was at the Los Angeles airport.
