The girls were last seen at a house in Kidman Park in Adelaide’s western suburbs at 11am on Saturday, before going missing for nearly four days.

Their stepmother, Stephanie Mende, desperately called for help before they were found.

“This is the scariest thing any parent could go through,” Ms. Mende told 9News.

“This is the most worrisome and worrying state we’ve ever been in.”

The mother-of-five had made multiple pleas on social media for help finding the two girls.

‘Can you all help us find our babies?’ she said.

“If anyone knows where they are or where they might be, please contact (the police).”
