Miranda Lambert and husband Brendan McLoughlin looked ready to meet a very busy day as they stepped out in arms and legs from their New York hotel on Tuesday.
The country music star, 39, who is currently working in the city where she met her husband, was glowing in an electric blue dress with a thigh-high slit.
The Heart Like Mine singer added a little more glamor to the outfit with a pair of silver heels.
She styled her long blonde hair loosely layered and wore natural makeup with a neutral pink lip and oversized sunglasses.
The Grammy winner waved to the fans as she got into her car, with Brendan nearby.

The former New York City police officer looked dapper in a white T-shirt, jeans, trainers, and a gray tracksuit jacket.
His beard was closely cropped and he was wearing a gold chain with a cross pendant.
Miranda was in the Big Apple promoting her new book, Y’all Eat Yet? Welcome to Pretty B*tchin’ Kitchen.
Her first stop of the day was an early morning trip to CBS Mornings, where she chatted with Gayle King, Tony Dokoupil, and Nate Burleson about the volume that’s a mishmash of favorite recipes and memories.
“It’s a lifestyle book, honestly,” explained The Kerosene Artist.
“It’s about sisterhood and I was fortunate enough to raise two strong generations of women, so I think they kind of shaped who I am as a woman and as an artist, and a lot of those lessons were learned in or around the kitchen.” Table.’
Miranda credits the women of her grandmother and her mother’s generation with inspiring her when she began working as a singer-songwriter.
“I started writing songs and at 17, I didn’t have a lot of life to write about yet,” she admitted.

Siblings: “It’s about siblings,” Miranda said in describing her book. I have been fortunate enough to have been raised by two strong generations of women… shaped who I am as a woman and as an artist and learned a lot from those lessons in the kitchen or around the table.”

Tradition: The book is also about family traditions and includes a bunny cake recipe that Miranda started making as a child. My son is 4 and a half, and I’m making a bunny cake with him now, so it’s a tradition.

“Listening to these ladies growing up around me… I think my first really sad song wasn’t something I experienced, but something I watched my aunts go through that really taught me about feelings and kind of what to expect. Life will throw some things at you sometimes.”
The Academy of Country Music winner said she and her friends continued the tradition of sharing stories around the kitchen and the table.

She claimed the recipes are very doable and bring people together.

The family cook: Miranda says her husband of four years, Brendan McLaughlin, is the family cook. The couple met in New York in 2018 when he was providing security for her performance on Good Morning America. They quietly dated and got married in 2019

BOOK SIGNING: Also on the agenda for Tuesday was a book signing that was sold at Barnes & Noble on Fifth Avenue.

New Music: Miranda has hinted that some new music is coming out. “I’ve got some really cool collaborations up my sleeve. I can’t tell you yet, but I will be out soon. She begins her residency at the Velvet Rodeo in Las Vegas in July

And while Miranda wrote the cookbook, she admitted that her husband is the real chef in their family.
The couple met in November 2018, when Miranda was appearing on another morning show, Good Morning America and Brendan was working it safe to perform.
They started dating quietly and tied the knot in 2019, announcing it on social media on Valentine’s Day.
