Mino Raiola has revealed that four Premier League clubs can sign Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland, insisting that the sought-after star is like the Lewis Hamilton of football.
The super agent represents Borussia Dortmund’s prolific striker Haaland, who is attracting serious interest from several European superpowers.
Real Madrid and Manchester United are two of the clubs regularly associated with the 20-year-old since missing him in January last year.
Haaland has been touted for a mega cash this summer, despite Dortmund’s desperate hopes to keep him for another season, and Raiola has revealed that he has a number of Premier League clubs in the running to sign him.
‘Obviously everyone sees Erling as one of those potential new future stars because it’s so hard to do what he does at his age at his level,’ he told the BBC.
He’s going to be one of the future stars of the next decade as we see stars like Ibrahimovic, Ronaldo and Messi reaching an age where everyone is wondering, ‘How much longer can we enjoy it? So everyone is looking for the new generation.
Only a maximum of 10 clubs can afford to buy [Haaland] and give the platform you would want after being in Dortmund… and four of those clubs are there [England]
‘I don’t think there is a sports director or trainer in the world who would say’ not interested ‘. It’s like saying, “Is there a Formula 1 team that wouldn’t be interested in Lewis Hamilton?” ‘
