The woman, in cap and purple shirt, is devotedly watering her beloved garden when she says ‘hello?’ belongs.
Startled at first, she puts down her watering can, but doesn’t realize the voice is coming from the doorbell speaker.
Instead, she reaches for the phone in her back pocket and takes it out.
She realizes there are no incoming calls, but the ‘hello’ is repeated and she doesn’t seem to know where from.
In the 57-second video, we hear her grandchild giggles, who can’t help but laugh at her grandmother’s adorable response.
Grandma continues to struggle with her phone as she adjusts the volume and touches the screen in hopes of magically solving the mystery.

The grandchild shared the video, recorded on July 22, online, explaining: “This is a video of my grandmother outside the front of our house watering the flowers.
“I plugged in a Ring doorbell and waited for the perfect moment to talk to her.
“She did the last thing I expected and pulled out her phone because she thought someone was talking to her there.”
Some viewers sympathized with the confused woman, others just found the video hilarious.
