It was not a fairy tale, but a rescue in a Minnesota lake involved a rainbow unicorn.

A deputy sheriff and a deputy from the Chisago County Sheriff's Office saw a group of five women in a large inflatable unicorn floating in Fish Lake on Saturday.

KMSP-TV reports that the agents took out their patrol car and asked the women for a photo, but they noticed that the raft was stuck in the weeds.

One deputy threw a rope at the women, while the other recorded a video.

A tweet from the sheriff's office says: "With a handful of laughs and some crazy rescue rescue skills were taken back to the dock!"

The plastic inflatable has been causing a sensation this summer, not only in the form of a unicorn, but also in giant flamingos and peacocks that can accommodate up to six people.

The fashionable floats, which have been sold at Sam's US-based online retailer, come with built-in cup holders, banks and beverage coolers, which cost $ 150.

However, the car seems not to have received instructions on how to get out of a difficult situation.

Agent Scotty Finnegan, who threw the rope, says women would have trouble leaving the lake without help.
