Milo Ventimiglia cozies up to Rachel Brosnahan on set of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel

Rachel Brosnahan teased his potential return to The Marvelous Mrs. maize.

And Milo Ventimiglia confirmed he’s back in action as Midge Maisel’s handsome “mystery man” as he joined Rachel on the set in New York City on Thursday.

The star of NBC’s This Is Us previously made a cameo appearance during the fourth season of the hit Amazon Prime Video series, in early 2022.

He’s back! Rachel Brosnahan teased his potential return to The Marvelous Mrs. maize. And Milo Ventimiglia confirmed he’s back in action as Midge Maisel’s handsome “mystery man” as he joined Rachel on the set in New York City on Thursday.

Milo and Rachel, who are currently filming season five, were dressed to perfection as they turned into 60s New Yorkers for a day.

Rachel, who stars in Miriam ‘Midge’ Maisel, shone in a cherry red cardigan worn buttoned over an adorable tartan swing dress.

The 31-year-old actress wore a scarf around her neck and she placed a red beret on top of her curly brunette hair.

The look was completed with a pair of red heels, nude colored tights and a red leather handbag.

Rachel was spotted making her way through the busy city with a cup of coffee in hand.

Milo looked friendly with his brown hair gelled in place and a black briefcase in hand.

The Gilmore Girls alum wore a navy blue vest and matching pants under a gray jacket.

He tied a black and white striped tie around his neck and slipped his feet into a pair of black leather-clad shoes.

The duo posed for several snaps in between takes.

For the scene of the day, Rachel appeared to have just gotten out of the subway while Milo’s character waited on the top of the subway stairs.

They chatted by a green pillar, and Rachel’s Midge smiled kindly at the hunk.

Milo’s memorable season four cameo saw him play a mysterious man that Midge meets on one of her daily walks to Central Park.

Their relationship eventually ended in a one-morning stand, broken up by Ventimiglia’s character’s wife who came home and arrested the two.

During a recent conversation with AdditionalRachel seemed to make it clear that Milo’s time on the show was not quite over, although she made no promises.

‘You know what? I’ve heard that too, and I have no idea,” she said when asked about the rumors that he was coming back to the show.

“I’m excited to see what lies ahead. I’ve heard a little rumor that it might get a little athletic for us this season — not in a sexual way, in a literal athletic way.”

The Heroes star previously worked with show creator Amy Sherman-Palladino on the early 2000s drama Gilmore Girls.

Rachel also shared what fans can expect from her character Midge next season.

“As with the rest of the show, it’s more about the journey and how we get there,” she said. “That sounds so cheesy when I say it, but it’s true. We’ll definitely be watching Midge’s star rise.”

The show’s upcoming fifth season is expected to be its last, and Rachel said the winding down is “emotional.”

“We’re so in the middle of it we haven’t had much time to really think about this being the last one, but I work with the best people in the industry,” she said before complimenting Tony Shalhoub. Marin Hinkle, Caroline Aaron and Alex Borstein by name.

“I like working with Luke because we can operate on a different wavelength within the show, but chemistry is one of those things, it’s science,” she joked that “she has a bachelor’s degree — science is beyond me.”

The fourth season of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel came out in February and March of this year. It has won numerous awards in its first three seasons, including three Golden Globes and 20 Emmys.
