Million Dollar Listing star Tracy Tutor has revealed exactly how she dresses for her luxury real estate showings and why comfort is her secret to success.
As she shares her daily routine from her Beverly Hills home with Bravo’s daily dish This month, the 48-year-old real estate mogul also shared how she transforms her look from day to night.
Tutor, who has been a part of the hit Bravo series Million Dollar Listing since its tenth season in 2017, is famous for selling extravagant homes in Tinseltown that are worth millions of dollars.
She is often seen on television sporting adorable and trendy outfits, but it seems her impressive sense of style extends to her everyday life off-camera as well.

The tutor explained in a new video filmed with Bravo TV that comfort is key when she’s racing to the listings.
After waking up at 5 a.m. to exercise, Tutor begins his workday.
In this case, he was heading to an appointment to list a house in Hillsboro.
She opted for an oversized, lilac-coloured button-down men’s shirt, paired with matching flowing trousers.
“I want to be comfortable because I don’t know what I’m getting into,” the Tutor shared.
“Everything is super flexible,” added the mother of two.
She explained that comfort is very important when you are traveling around the city going to various real estate appointments.
“I feel like I can go anywhere in this. I feel very comfortable because, on a sales date, that’s exactly what you want. But I also look effortless and maybe a little bit dressy.”
To complete the look, she wore a chunky gold choker and pointed-toe white heels.
The reality star also carried a taupe Hermès Kelly bag, which can sell for more than $20,000.
The real estate mogul opted for an oversized, button-down, lilac-coloured men’s shirt paired with matching flowing trousers.
To transform the daytime outfit into a nighttime one, she opted for a menswear-inspired ensemble, featuring a pair of dark grey flared trousers and a black bandeau crop top.
The Douglas Elliman agent has always been outspoken about her bold and unique style, telling People in 2021 that she is allowed to be “sexy and smart” at the same time.
“There are people who say, ‘I can’t believe you’re wearing that to a business meeting.’ I try not to pay attention and turn off that noise,” she told the outlet at the time.
Just a few hours later, Tutor was back home and ready to take her look into the evening.
She opted for a menswear-inspired outfit, featuring a pair of dark grey flared trousers and a black bandeau crop top.
The bestselling author of Fear Is Just a Four-Letter Word paired this casually modern ensemble with a small diamond-covered clutch as well as a diamond necklace with a thick silver chain.
“I got a little sexy tonight because I was doing exhibitions all day and had about 30 minutes to change,” Tutor said.
“I’m going out with my friends,” she added.

“I really want women to always do what makes them feel safe so they can walk into a room and own it.”
