The former Made In Chelsea star, 33, admitted she made the decision to improve her “anxiety levels” because they got “really high”.
During an Instagram Q&A on Wednesday, Millie answered the question, “What made you quit alcohol?” And also if she and her husband, Hugo Taylor, are planning to expand their family in the near future.
Recording her response, she said: So I was alcohol-free for seven months.
It was a decision I made because I wanted to improve my mental health and in particular my anxiety levels were really high, especially after the second baby came out of lockdown.

So I stopped drinking in August, and honestly, there have been a lot of positive changes.
“Yeah at first it was hard. I found it hard socially and at social events because it’s like a habit if you used to have a drink. So it felt a little weird and a little awkward but I kind of got over it by the third month.
“And honestly, the benefits outweigh any of that and it makes it worth it and I feel better every day that goes by.”
Speaking about her decision last August, she told followers at the time, “I had a breakthrough in therapy and decided to stop drinking, I didn’t want to admit it, but it’s a huge trigger for my anxiety.”
She stated, “It had an immediate negative effect on my mental health, and right now I’m focused on feeling my best, finding happiness in my life and not trying to run away from it.”
Also in her Q&A, Millie talks about potentially having more children, stating that if she does, it won’t be “any time soon.”
Millie is married to her former Made In Chelsea co-star Hugo Taylor, and they are parents to daughters Sienna, who are two, and Aurelia, 16 months.
“I think it’s very unlikely,” she told followers. If you do it won’t be anytime soon! I’d love to have two girls and am afraid I’m going to be too stretched with one more in the mix.
Candid: Opening up during an Instagram Q&A session on Wednesday, Millie answered the question, “What made you quit alcohol?”
Millie who has been candid about her struggles with candida, a fungal infection caused by eating yeast, also detailed her personal experiences.
In January, she said she had been “focusing on improving her gut health” since the diagnosis and had avoided “foods containing yeast, gluten, dairy, and refined sugar.”
But she does remember the experience, and described the main symptoms she experienced.
She said: The most important one was swollen.
I was experiencing severe bloating, especially after meals and by the end of the day I would look 3 months pregnant.
I also have uncomfortable digestive pain. I was also really tired and was getting a lot of bugs from the girls and really ejaculating every time I got sick.
It will take a while to get rid of it and I felt like my immune system was really suffering.
The Q&A comes after Millie underwent a three-ink laser tattoo removal treatment and gave her followers an insight into the process.
Content: Also in her Q&A, Millie talks about potentially having more children, stating that if she does, it won’t be “any time soon.”
The reality star can be seen wearing mirrored sunglasses while sitting at the NAAMA Studios clinic in London.
Sharing a clip to her Instagram Story, Millie explained that she “felt a little nettle sting” as the technician removed the butterfly from her lower back, three stars from her shoulder, and other tattoos.
She spoke to the camera in detail: ‘Well, it’s like a little bite I can just feel the cold air sensation, which is uncomfortable.
Then I feel a tingling sensation during it, like a nettle sting. But it disappears very quickly.
Millie later added, “Because of the small size of my tattoos, it was possible to treat all three areas in one session.
It was no more painful than laser hair removal and I could be back from my next session in a couple of weeks. I’ll keep you posted on the results.
