Millie Mackintosh has admitted to having lip fillers for the first time

Date:

Millie Mackintosh has admitted to having lip fillers for the first time, opening up for the first time about having ‘injections’ in an Instagram Q&A.

The former Made In Chelsea star, 33, said she wanted to be “completely transparent” and revealed that she does “every two months.”

Millie detailed how she gets lip fillers ‘to smooth out the imbalance because her upper lip is thinner than her lower’ but did not reveal what other treatments she’s had.

Speaking to her 1.2 million followers, she said, “I’ve never admitted this before but I’m getting some adjustments.”

“Just to be completely transparent, I won’t say what exactly they are, but yeah since I hit 30 I get some injections every couple of months.”

Along with a stunning selfie showcasing her plump pout, Millie added, “I last saw @doctor.bibi for lip fillers over a year ago.

Her work is very natural and I really trust her. I only used a small amount to smooth out the imbalance as my upper lip is thinner than the lower one.

This is a really personal choice and I am not suggesting that anyone else needs or should use fillers to feel good about themselves.

If you decide to do this, I think it’s really important to do your research and not take the decision lightly. I get asked about it every time I do a Q&A and I wanted to be transparent.

The reality star also put her amazing complexion down to “not drinking and changing the way she eats.”

Millie revealed that she also “stopped refined sugars, dairy, and gluten” and has seen a huge difference.

Speaking to the camera, the beauty styled her long locks poker straight and stayed casual in a white ribbed long-sleeved T-shirt.

“I get so many great comments about my skin, thank you,” she said. First, I would say no to drinking and changing how I eat made a huge difference.

To try to help with my digestive and gut issues, i have cut out most refined sugars such as refined sugar on occasion but mainly no refined sugar, dairy or gluten.

“I also have regular facials and have a really great skincare routine.”

It comes after Millie talks about possibly having more children, stating that if she does, it won’t be “any time soon”.

Millie is married to her former Made In Chelsea co-star Hugo Taylor, and they are parents to daughters Sienna, who are two, and Aurelia, 16 months.

“I think it’s very unlikely,” she told followers. If you do it won’t be anytime soon! I’d love to have two girls and am afraid I’m going to be too stretched with one more in the mix.

The Q&A comes after Millie underwent a three-ink laser tattoo removal treatment and gave her followers an insight into the process.

The reality star can be seen wearing mirrored sunglasses while sitting at the NAAMA Studios clinic in London.

Sharing a clip to her Instagram Story, Millie explained that she “felt a little nettle sting” as the technician removed the butterfly from her lower back, three stars from her shoulder, and other tattoos.

She spoke to the camera in detail: ‘Well, it’s like a little bite I can just feel the cold air sensation, which is uncomfortable.

Then I feel a tingling sensation during it, like a nettle sting. But it disappears very quickly.

Millie later added, “Because of the small size of my tattoos, it was possible to treat all three areas in one session.

It was no more painful than laser hair removal and I could be back from my next session in a couple of weeks. I’ll keep you posted on the results.
