Military plane crashes at Albuquerque airport in New Mexico

A military plane has crashed at Albuquerque International Sunport Airport in New Mexico, reports claim.

Emergency crews arrived at the scene Tuesday afternoon and the pilot, the only person on the plane, was reportedly conscious while being transported.

The airport resumed flights shortly after, reports KRQE.

It is unclear what caused the accident, but witnesses said KOB4 that the plane appeared to have some kind of problem shortly before taking off from the runway.
