Miley Cyrus is honored to receive a Golden Globe nomination for Best Original Song for her song Beautiful That Way featured in The Last Showgirl.
The Flowers singer, 32, decided instagram to thank his co-writers and the film’s lead actress, Pamela Anderson, for “sharing their moment with us.”
“It’s an honor to be nominated for Best Original Song alongside my friends and collaborators Andrew Wyatt and Lykke Li at the Golden Globes and Critics Choice Awards,” the Hannah Montana alum wrote.
‘Pamela is kindly sharing her moment with us. “I still support her, it’s so much fun to see her shine.”
“Thank you Gia Coppola for inviting me to be part of your gem ‘The Last Showgirl,'” he said.
The 82nd Golden Globe Awards are scheduled for January 5, 2025 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles.

In response to Miley’s kind words, the former Playboy model wrote ‘I love you’ in the comments along with a heart.
All Golden Globe nominations were announced on Monday, November 9.
Other nominees for Best Original Song include Trent Reznor’s Challengers’ Compress/Repress and Clément Ducol’s El Mal de Emilia Perez.
Other nominees include Mi Camino from Emilia Perez by Clément Ducol, Kiss The Sky from The Wild Robot by Delacey and Forbidden Road from Better Man by Robbie Williams.
The Last Showgirl sees a 57-year-old blonde bombshell playing Shelly, a professional dancer and singer working in Las Vegas.
Showcasing a classic showgirl aesthetic while exploring themes such as reinvention and self-discovery that pair well with Pamela’s iconic personality.
The Last Showgirl premiered in September at the Toronto International Film Festival.
It hit theaters in the United States on Friday, December 13.

In addition to Anderson, it also stars Jamie Lee Curtis, Dave Bautista, Brenda Song, Kiernan Shipka, Billie Lourd and Jason Schwartzman.
In August, Anderson was candid about stepping away from Hollywood and away from her sex symbol status. He also described his Playboy image as a “cartoon character.”
Reflecting on going bare-faced, she said: “That was the beginning of me letting go of the image I had always had of myself.”
‘What is this cartoon character I had created? Well, that was fun. But I’m not that person anymore,” he said.
The Baywatch star also wanted to challenge the idea of beauty and “this mask we put on.”
She insisted she “didn’t think anyone would notice” she had removed her makeup, but the world has shown her a new way of seeing herself. Pamela added: “As soon as I took off the mask, the whole world opened up.”
The blonde beauty then shared the reason why skipping lipstick changed her perspective on beauty.

“It turned out to be silly to be at Paris Fashion Week and say, ‘I’m not going to sit in a makeup chair for three hours.’ I’m going to the Louvre,” he joked.
“Then I thought, ‘Who am I competing with?’ I appreciated it because this girl who lives on Vancouver Island wore these glamorous clothes.
“And I felt like a little girl with a freckled face and a big, beautiful Vivienne Westwood hat,” she added.
Now, Pamela is glad to have moved away from the “pneumatic image” that people have of her.
