The Made In Chelsea star, 28, revealed last week that the couple had prematurely welcomed daughter Eva June almost two months ago.
Her first child was born 10 weeks early and was forced to spend 53 days in the ICU in an incubator, which Emily described as the “most difficult time” of her and Jordan’s lives.
However, the family is now enjoying their time together as Emily took to Instagram to share a sweet photo of the trio getting ready for a winter hike.
Emily wrote: “Mommy and daddy walks” as they put the stroller together.
The new mom looked radiant as she was bundled up in a stylish black coat and cream-colored hat.

“To say the last few months have been the most difficult times of our lives would be an understatement.”
She continued: “Not being able to take our baby home for two months, feeling totally out of control, sitting for hours looking at the monitors, listening to the beeps and alarms going off, not knowing what each day will bring.”

Emily continued: ‘I can’t thank the NHS enough and in particular Chelsea Westminster Hospital. Midwives, doctors and nurses are ABSOLUTE angels, to whom we will always be indebted.’
‘Although this was not what I had planned, I am still very grateful for the journey we have been on. We have had 10 more weeks with our baby and we have seen her conquer many things. “She’s a strong little lady.”
“Now is the time to settle in and enjoy life as a family of 3 and enjoy every moment in our newborn bubble.”
Before adding: ‘Jordan, you have been my and Eva’s rock through all of this. We couldn’t have done this without you. Juggling all of this while running a business is no joke and every day I am so proud of you. (A little touchy-feely, I know) but seeing how you’ve been with our daughter has made me love you even more.’
