Microsoft 365 has announced that it is investigating slow performance issues with its services and features.
The complaints mark another global outage in which users are having difficulty accessing email, Xbox and other 365 features.
The outage began at approximately 9:15 a.m. EST, and the company says the incident currently only affects users in Europe.

“We are investigating reports of issues connecting to Microsoft services globally. Customers may experience timeouts connecting to Azure services,” Microsoft said in a statement. mail in X.
“We have multiple engineering teams working to diagnose and resolve the issue. More details will be provided as soon as possible.”
The company added that “more information can be found in MO842351 in the administration center.”
However, despite Microsoft’s comment that users can get additional information on its service page, the site freezes and does not load any update about the outage.
People have taken to X to complain about the outage, with one person writing that both their Xbox and Minecraft are down.
“Who came up with the brilliant idea of making so many things trustworthy in one system?” wrote one user.
“It’s a really bad practice. I literally can’t do my job because it doesn’t work.”
