In his profile, David, 43, gushes about “stunning” Sian, 32, and suggests potential women look her up online, before warning them that he is a “selfish prick”.
The couple have been linked to numerous famous faces including Saturdays singer Una Healy, however Una said she was only dating David romantically.
Alongside photos of himself, David wrote in the ad: “I’m a selfish jerk, nothing is ever good enough, I always want more, I’m rarely satisfied.”

The former boxing champion, who has been in a relationship with the model since 2020, attracted attention last year when it was reported that he was in a three-way relationship with Sian and Una, claims strongly denied by Healy.
The rumors were fueled by the group posting a cozy photo of the trio on vacation in Morocco, both on the beach and during an intimate dinner.
Una later insisted that she was never part of a “couple”, and revealed that the only person she was dating was David, although he was simultaneously dating Sian.
It seems David is now dating Sian exclusively and thanks his girlfriend for “embracing his true essence” on Valentine’s Day.
Sharing photos of them on the beach, she wrote: “In the dance of life, you are the partner who has embraced my true essence, unconditionally.”
David added: ‘In the midst of my rough edges, you guide me along a path of Love, well-being and creativity.
‘Our journey together is a wonderful adventure and I hope it continues indefinitely.

David attracted attention last year when it was reported that he was in a three-way relationship with both Sian and the former Saturdays singer, only for her to experience the “worst six months of my life”.

Last year, David’s friend Mica Jova criticized Una for “trying to put a bad light” on the boxer and his girlfriend Sian.
The DJ met the former boxing champion and his model girlfriend Sian when she was on holiday in Costa Rita and said he had a “great time” with them.
Speaking about the unconventional relationship, she insisted she “regrets nothing” as she discussed snaps of the trio together on social media.
In an exclusive interview with MailOnline, Mica, 28, also slammed Irish singer Una, 42, who formed a previous group with the couple, for speaking out against them.
Last year, David’s friend Mica Jova (right) criticized Una for “trying to put a bad light” on the boxer and his girlfriend Sian.
She said: ‘David is one of the most beautiful souls ever and Sian is a sweetheart. They are such good people that I really don’t understand why Una Healy is trying to put a bad light on those two.
Mica added: “They were treating everyone well while I was with them, and they were very nice, so they don’t deserve this.”
‘They were two of the most beautiful souls I have ever met and they are great people. I don’t regret anything in my life.
“I had a great time and I feel very grateful to have met them and to have them in my life.”
