Michelle Visage of Strictly reveals that her daughter Lillie was suicidal during her fight against depression while talking about her fear of cancer and anorexia
Michelle Visage has revealed that her daughter Lillie came close to suicide, while she spoke frankly about her own recent fear of cancer and her fighting with depression.
The Strictly Come Dancing star, 50, told OK! that Lillie, 19, & # 39; lost many of her teenage years & # 39; by fighting with her mental health, but she is & # 39; on the other hand & # 39; been thanks to medication and therapy.
Michelle – who has also appeared on RuPaul & # 39; s Drag Race since 2009 – talked frankly about her own anorexia battles and admitted that her mother thought she would die from the condition.

Michelle shares daughter Lillie with her husband David Case, and they are also parents of daughter Lola, 19.
The American judge admitted that while Lillie struggled to face her sexuality – and she knows she is strange – she fought depression as a teenager.
The actor admitted that her struggle for mental health had been going on for years and added: & # 39; I tend to take a holistic approach, so we tried everything before we realized that we really had to save her with medication and therapy. & # 39;

Michelle continued to talk frankly about her own battles with an eating disorder and said she would use laxatives to try and lose weight.
She said: & # 39; My mother was terrified that I would die. It's hard to hate the skin you're in. & # 39;
But the American reality star said she has learned over the years to love her sensational curves, but still struggles with her insecurities.

And after she revealed that a few days before she went to England to strictly participate in cancer, she had become afraid of cancer, Michelle confirmed that she had received it all from doctors.
The star had previously shared that she had Hashimoto disease, a condition that gradually destroys the thyroid gland.
Her struggle with the condition eventually led to her breast implants being removed earlier this year.
Michelle added: & # 39; It's not cancer, thank goodness. I received the report that it was benign on the day that I came strictly to England. & # 39;
It comes when Michelle finally entered the Strictly dance floor for her debut performance with pro Giovanni Pernice.
The pair delighted viewers and the panel with their energetic routine, and earned a solid 30 points out of 40.
And on Tuesday the duo appeared on Loose Women to discuss how they planned to do the Viennese waltz and had been rehearsing for six hours.
Michelle said about her incredible turn on Saturday night: & # 39; We didn't expect that. I fully expected 5s. I was speechless which never happens.
