Sky One series Brassic follows the story of Lancashire-born Vinnie (Joe Gilgun) who has bipolar disorder and his best friend Dylan (Damien Molony), from whom he has been inseparable since childhood.

With tarnished pasts, the boys have worked their way through adolescence, being scammed, bribed and cheated.

Now, on the brink of adulthood, their trade and thieves catch up with them, with the consequences of their crimes coming their way.

Michelle stars alongside them as a single mom looking for a better life for herself and son Tyler (Jude Riordan).

As she navigates complicated relationships with the show’s protagonists, she still strives for a good childhood for her son.

Brassic’s third series will hit theaters in October after series two ended on a cliffhanger when Vinnie confessed his true feelings for single mother Erin just as he was being taken away by the police.

As he was being led away, Erin, who has been dating his best friend Dylan, whispered something inaudible in his ear.

Vinnie explained his feelings and said, “I know it’s wrong, but you’re the first in the morning and you’re the last to have the night.”

He then added that he didn’t know “how to tell” how much she means to him.
