The singer, 44, took to Instagram to flaunt her amazing figure while wearing a blue printed strapless bikini while her partner sported a pair of black boxers.

Leaving her long locks down, the pop star looked in good spirits as she protected herself from the sun with a pair of sunglasses.

The couple fired up their guns and pointed them at the sky as they posed with their two children Faith, 11, and AJ, nine, during the beach day.

In another image, Michelle raised her arms in joy as she jumped in the air.

In her final photo, the star shared an old photo of her husband and son alongside a recent one showing Hugh’s toned abs and how much AJ has grown.

Michelle wrote: ‘I can’t end the holiday without one more family flex… What a great time we had, one day left, maybe one more photo left… (sorry)

‘Until next time… (although with current sky-high fares and the cost of flights etc, maybe it’ll be the kids who will take us away next time lol).’

Last week during the trip, Michelle spoke candidly about her struggle to stay sober on vacation while sharing a series of bikini photos.

The star decided she wanted to change her ways on New Year’s Day 2021 and sought help, as the performer has now been sober for three years.

Sharing an Instagram update, she shared some tips to help in “extremely difficult and triggering” situations like all-inclusive resorts.

Clutching a mocktail, Michelle showed off her toned figure in a navy swimsuit.

She captioned the post: ‘Fellow alcoholics, a little tip I learned on this holiday. When it comes to an all-inclusive, it can be extremely hard and triggering in more ways than one.

Michelle continued: ‘I can’t stand the waiters’ response: “What do you mean no alcohol?” or when you order a virgin one, unless I have one of my children with me, they fill it with alcohol anyway.

‘Always have someone with you who can test it first or watch you like a hawk when you’re doing it.

But of course, refraining from going to the bar may be the best idea, for those who are in an early stage of recovery or feel vulnerable.

‘However, if you’re like me, who’s pretty fed up with the Diet Coke or Fanta situation, most bars usually have a virgin piña colada or a frozen strawberry slushie ready for the kids, no matter what! alcohol to start! And then they add alcohol for the “normal drinker.”

‘Just order a kid-friendly pina colada, without asking questions or awkward explanations like I’ve done here: “I’m an alcoholic” and scaring them all.

There’s a whole new era of alcohol-free options in the UK. Some might say that it is now okay NOT to drink alcohol. It’s amazing how times have evolved.

But in holiday destinations, especially in the Caribbean, that cater to the “normal drinker”, it’s not so easy to get what you want!

‘Be smart, be visual and make decisions that don’t get you shot. What are you doing? Let’s share and help each other.’

Michelle vowed to give up alcohol every New Year for “at least five years” and would be drinking at noon on New Year’s Day before entering rehab in 2021.

The singer drank a liter of vodka and a bottle of wine on New Year’s Eve and would have to drink the next day to regain her balance as she battled the fear, nausea and pain resulting from her binges.

It comes after Michelle spoke candidly about her struggle to stay sober on holiday as she shared a series of bikini photos from her trip last week.

Pop star Michelle, who shares children Faith, 11, and AJ, nine, with her husband Hugh Hanley, decided she wanted to change her habits on New Year’s Day 2021 and sought help, as the artist has already been three years sober.

After years of heavy drinking, in April 2021, Michelle was admitted to the Priory Clinic where she received help for her alcohol addiction.

Over the Christmas period in 2020, Michelle was hospitalized after a gigantic drinking session in Liverpool, with the star having to be put on a drip for 48 hours after passing out.

However, after he was discharged, he headed straight to the nearest pharmacy and continued drinking.

Weeks earlier, she had collapsed backstage at a theater while preparing to go on stage for a performance, when the alcohol left her dangerously dehydrated.

Michelle recently said she feels “lucky to be alive” after achieving sobriety, believing she has a guardian angel watching over her.

She said new! magazine: ‘On paper, he really should have died years ago. But there is an angel out there watching over me and I am so grateful.

“Every day I know I’m lucky to be alive and here for Faith and AJ.”

Meanwhile, Michelle lashed out at “so-called friends” who tried to profit from her addiction nightmare.

Michelle recently said she feels “lucky to be alive” after achieving sobriety, believing she has a guardian angel watching over her (Michelle still performs with two of her Liberty Kelli Young, right).

She said OK! magazine: ‘When I got out of rehab, my family and I decided to share my story on my own time and in my own words so that the people around me, who were supposed friends, couldn’t twist the narrative.’

When asked who was betraying her, Michelle explained, “There were people trying to make a little money and sell their experiences of my addiction.” These people know who they are.

‘So I took matters into my own hands to speak my truth. In the end he did me a favor: he helped me be honest and help others.’

Michelle has been sober for two and a half years and insists that kicking her addiction has made her feel liberated.

She told the publication: ‘I feel amazing. I’m very free now and it’s a place I dreamed of getting to.’
