With her mind elsewhere, the fitness guru, 53, completely forgot to close her boot as she sped down a Sydney road with all her personal belongings on display.
Luckily, the TV personality quickly realized his mistake and jumped out to close the trunk completely before continuing to drive again.
Sharing the footage on social media, the former Biggest Loser coach gave a very honest response to Tuesday’s mistake.
By reposting a clip of the moment on Instagram, I’m a celebrity! The Australia 2024 star wrote: “When mental confusion about menopause hits hard.”
She also announced her upcoming health plan called The Menopause Method, which offers recipes and 30-minute exercise plans in an attempt to help with menopause symptoms.
